They are great quality and clearly well-made which is reassuring for a medium size breed dog. The collar and lead looks really stylish and we can't wait to use them. We were impressed with the quick delivery and the packaging of all the products. I loved how customizable and user friendly your website is. It made me want to try all sorts of ideas because of the variety and ability to see the product. I also love the quality of the leather and the unique handle on the leash. The charms add a nice touch to the design. I do wish that the collar had been more sleek and smaller in width though. I didn’t realize it would be this large. I also probably wouldn’t have minded a slightly longer leash but not as long as the other option.

What material are the charms made from?

All of our charms are made from hypoallergenic zinc-alloy to keep your pet's skin safe and irritation free. They are also electroplated which gives them a unique rustic look.

Where are your products tested?

All of our products and prototypes are field-tested in the German countryside. This includes river tracing as well as galavanting through woods and marshes.

How do I measure my dog’s neck to get the correct size?

Our sizing guide shows you how to measure your dog's neck. Our collars also adjustable to ensure optimal comfort and fit.

Made-to-order: how long does it take to make my MiaMilo collar and leash?

Our processing times are approximately 5-7 days. Each product is made-to-order, which means each product is hand-made based off the specs provided in the order.

What is your warranty policy?

All of our products are covered by our 30/30 Guarantee, which offers you a 30-day returns window and a 30-month warranty on your purchase. If your MiaMilo accessory doesn't hold up under regular use within 98 ft 5.1 inonths of purchase, simply contact our support team and we will send you a free replacement. Please note that regular use doesn't include the following: Chewing by pets, Damage by extended water submersion, Damage by tying to stationary objects, Non-responsible use or neglect.
