    Made in 5–7 days, shipped in 3–5.

  • The TwistLock system allows our charms to be swapped out when you feel like updating your style and keeps them securely in place for everyday wear.
  • All of our charms are made from hypoallergenic zinc-alloy to keep your pet's skin safe and irritation free. They are also electroplated which gives them a unique rustic look.
  • All of our products and prototypes are field-tested in the German countryside. This includes river tracing as well as galavanting through woods and marshes.
  • Our sizing guide shows you how to measure your dog's neck. Our collars also adjustable to ensure optimal comfort and fit.
  • Our processing times are approximately 5-7 days. Each product is made-to-order, which means each product is hand-made based off the specs provided in the order.
  • All of our products are covered by our 30/30 Guarantee, which offers you a 30-day returns window and a 30-month warranty on your purchase. If your MiaMilo accessory doesn't hold up under regular use within 98 ft 5.1 inonths of purchase, simply contact our support team and we will send you a free replacement. Please note that regular use doesn't include the following: Chewing by pets, Damage by extended water submersion, Damage by tying to stationary objects, Non-responsible use or neglect.
